Starting the platform in public
Why the record is written in the session the decision is made, before anyone knows whether it was right.
Every other project on this platform will be written up from memory, after the outcome is known. This one — the platform itself — is different: its records are written in the session each decision is made, before I know whether the decision holds.
That ordering is the whole point. A record written after the fact can be quietly shaped to look good. A record written before the outcome cannot. Some of these early entries will turn out to be wrong, and those reversals will be worth more than the decisions that held, because they are the thing an interview cannot fake.
